Nuance says it filed patent suit against M*Modal​

Nuance Communications said it filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the US Federal District Court of Delaware against M*Modal.

“The lawsuit alleges that M*Modal products violate six Nuance patents related to speech recognition, computer-assisted physician documentation and transcription technology applied in the healthcare IT market,” said Nuance.
