Healthcare IP commercialisation firm NetScientific plc announced the issue by the US Patent and Trademark Office of two new patents exclusively licensed to its portfolio company, Wanda.
“The patents will significantly extend protection for the core technology used in Wanda’s software application for remote health and patient management,” said NetScientific.
“The patents, titled, ‘Apparatus, System, and Method for Detecting Activities and Anomalies in Time Series Data’ and ‘Efficient Searching of Stationary Datasets’ are the result of research on clinical time-series data at UCLA.”

NetScientific holds a 61% stake on a fully diluted basis in Wanda.
